Excalibur would like to congratulate our Vice President of Strategy and Business Development, Emily Walton, in her selection as a member of DC’s Parent Cabinet. DC’s Chancellor of Education recently formed a Parent Cabinet to further expand the conversation around DC Public Schools’ programs and policies. By creating a Parent’s Cabinet family voices are better heard when making changes that directly impact our schools, kids, and communities. The application was highly competitive and Emily stood out for her current work in her child’s school and dedication to family engagement.
